While technology presents possibilities – people power the results. How effectively people collaborate with each other and use (or avoid) today’s many online tools determines their success. Working with all sorts of teams to help them reach top performance is my sweet spot. I believe in the power of collaboration and I’m fascinated with technology as an enabler. Both are the essentials for teamwork today. And as the world becomes more “connected” through technology; teamwork and team management practices have to adapt. New skills, new challenges, new possibilities.
