Working with all sorts of teams to help them reach top performance is my sweet spot. I believe in the power of collaboration and I’m fascinated with technology as an enabler. Both are the essentials for teamwork today. And as the world becomes more “connected” through technology; teamwork and team management practices have to adapt.
